I have purchased and payment cleared but zip folder corrupted

This issue pops up every once in a blue moon for some users for some reason.

Either of the following should work

1) After you unzip the file the first time, add .zip to the file that is extracted and unzip it a second time
2) Try downloading the package with another browser

If you still have trouble submit a ticket and we'll send you a copy directly.

With ie, i cannot do anything because the file is corrupted, i tried to add .zip file name and so many diffrent stuff no luck.

Then after you were talking about difrrent browser i have tried firefox and that do the trick...
