For one day only, on November 23, 2007 CommunitySEO will be sold at a major discount to anyone who purchases it on this date. There will actually be two "sales" in one.

On November 23, 2007 if you purchase CommunitySEO between 6 AM and 12 PM (noon) EST the price of a perpetual license will be 50% off!! That means if you visit the site between 6 AM and 12 PM EST on this date and make a regular purchase (no discount code required) you can get a perpetual license for $75 USD.

After 12 noon EST on November 23, 2007, for the remainder of the day the license will be sold for just $99.

The other two license structures (6 month and 1 year) will be sold at 33% off for the entire day.

This is a great opportunity to pick up a valid and legal license for the software at a huge savings, and will be available for one day only. All sales are final, and there will be no exceptions. If you don't make it in time before the sale ends we WILL NOT EXTEND THE SALE.

Please feel free to spread the word to anyone, anywhere you think someone will be interested. :)

Im doing my forum update this weekend and definately wanted this to be apart of that. Can I just pay 100 now for the 75 perpetual sale and receive it this weekend?

As much as I'd like to help, I'm afraid this is a one-time only thing that will only be occurring on November 23rd. Think of it just like those specials that Best Buy and Circuit City and Toys R Us usually have on "Black Friday". :)

I've decided I will set Copyright removal to $75 during the sale.

It's important to note that our return verification doesn't always work so well for addon purchases - we get the notification and the payment does go through, however our system doesn't always match it up properly. Anyone who purchases addons (Copyright removal and installation) should keep this in mind.

Ideally, that new product Invision is working on looks like it would be great for us, but I'm waiting until it is nearer to release before looking into it much.

I think they're calling it "Nexus" - the business management software would be ideal here, from what I can tell, though I haven't tested it at all yet (just going off of the videos and what has been said about it).

I don't think it's necessary - but thanks for the offer. :) I could bother to get set it up since the betas are available from their site, I just haven't yet.

Hi,

I have been monitoring your project since its inception, and finally decided it would be a good time to take the plunge during your promotion; a few questions though:

1) Whats wrong with purchasing the Copyright Removal addon at 75 during the promotion, your explanation does not really explain how a purchaser is affected by this, and what should be done.

2) I take it only one or two are involved in this, how committed are you to this project, it would be a let down to purchase a perpetual license to have this service dissapear next year.

3) Hows your timeline commitment to releasing working versions as IPB releases newer versions of its forum. If IPB releases a new version today that breaks older versions of your software, do you see yourself releasing an updated CommunitySEO within days, a week, a month of the IPB release?

4) Im currently using FURL with URLs that look like this http://www.example.c..._Plus-t410.html . Would I be able to keep that exact format using CommunitySEO? (note its Ares_Galaxy_P2P_Plus-t410.html , with underscores)

5) Does CommunitySEO work in complete segregation to what Skin is being used? Im contemplating using a heavily customized skin, would that cause any problems/clashes of any kind?

PS: Please add the latest version number and release date to your frontpage at www.communityseo.com , as its a pain to have to go through the forum just to find out whats the latest release.

Thank You

When you are returned to the site it will say "Failed" for the status. Simply do not repurchase it. I will most likely spot it on my own because I monitor the purchases daily (and will be especially after the sale), however feel free to submit a ticket noting that you purchased the CP Removal and it shows "Failed" and I'll be glad to fix it (of course I do verify them and so on, our system just doesn't automatically process the addon purchases).

We've stated that if for some reason we were to abandon the project, the unencoded sources would be released to the community. We don't forsee that happening however. ;)

Yes, we're a small company at this time, however we don't have enough business through this particular venture to justify full-time staff or anything of that nature. You start at the bottom and work your way up, right?

While we haven't run into the issue yet, it would depend upon the IPB update. If they released a relatively minor update (i.e. 2.3.4 or 2.3.5) we would likely have an update out within days. If it was a major update however, I'd say within a week to be safe.

Whenever the mysterious 3.0 comes out I would recommend allowing us to look at it and update our software appropriately before upgrading - we will naturally need the time and ability to update our software, as 3.0 is going to be an entirely new code base from what I understand.

Yes, your particular url format is practically identical to the one we use (and underscores/dashes is configurable). With 1.2 the software will go a bit further and allow customization of the url, to a degree, as well.

There are some features that require one line insertions into your skin, however all of the mod_rewrite and duplicate-url checking work independently from your skin. Things like the Similar Topics and the Social Networking icons require additions like

<!--SIMILAR_TOPICS-->

to be added where you want them displayed, however.

Not bad idea. We will have a release within the next 1-2 days (a minor one) and I'll try to do so then.

Thanks for the replies Admin.

Is there a way to pay now then download on the 23rd, as sort of a "reserve your copy now!" kind of thing? Im thinking I could buy the $150 license currently then you can consider it as $75 for IPB SEO and $75 for copyright removal when the 23rd arrives.

If not, its ok, ill keep tabs on the timing through TurXaliM's timezone link.

I'm sorry - but we can't really make any exceptions right now (if I do, I have to do it for everyone and then I have to maintain and monitor it and so on - rather difficult on our end).

On the 23rd I intend to put a giant notice on the front page while the sale is going on (and a special notice from 6 AM - 12 Noon so that everyone knows that special "Early Bird" portion of the sale is going on).

What time zone are you in? I can tell you what time (in your time zone) you would need to make the purchase. For example these are the same

6 AM - 12 PM EST (New York)
3 AM - 9 AM PST (Los Angeles)
11 AM - 5 PM GMT (London)
12 PM - 6 PM GMT+1 (Paris)

I always liked this site better for checking times: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Question on how perpetual license works.

Suppose I get the$75 deal on black friday for the full license, after 1 year will the software stop working and I have to pay a renewal fee, or is it truly one time fee?
