The Keywords Logger product has been updated. While the software is not actually versioned visibly, we will call this update 1.1.0.

A few miscellaneous bugs have been fixed, and an FAQ has been added to address characters from non-English character sets not parsing correctly.

So true. Lots of bugs again. It does not by sort popularity again, doesnt show the keywords, all the keywords url are broken etc etc back to old version in 1 minute.And also im tired of opening bug tickets so wait for not at least 2 weeks, 2 months.

somebody should be a beta tester so imperio come on:) do this work for us - I were complaining about Taging so You can do good job on the keywords.
I have feeling that CSEO releases untested software or maybe it's tested on small sites or on sites with very specific sorrounding

The update ran on our site for about 2 weeks before releasing. It was running on several other sites as well (e.g. http://www.petitionspot.com/) for the last 2 weeks.

If you have a bug submit a ticket and we'll get it sorted out. But with so many different server environments, things don't always work the same from one to the next.

Can you show me one? I checked your site and it seems to be working fine.



I reset our forum index to sort by popularity, as well as our homepage, and it's working flawlessly. We did fix many other bugs with keywords not combining properly, so perhaps what you are noticing are similar/same keywords that are showing more than once (due to a bug in the previous version) that are showing next to each other. I'm not sure, however, since you say the keywords aren't even showing.



That would be an installation or customization problem - it shows just fine when the proper edits and configuration are made. Did you overwrite your config file or something?



No they're not. And I checked your site and the urls were fine there too.....so, care to explain what's up with this as well?

After the complaining here I expected a bug report or a ticket or something that I could go off of. There was nothing, so I hunted down the url to your site and found it to be working fine in your footer.

I downgraded and dont want to test this again on a LIVE board.Let me explain, If i should put the upgraded version LIVE all the keywords url are broken(There is no / seperator before keywords.php url), nothing are shown on some pages(old version shows the keywords),popularity sort doesnt still work, so that google will penalize while you are examining(at least 48 hours) and solving bugs(no eta).Also I dont want to setup a test board my database is over 1gb and my keywords table has over 140.000 keywords. I can prove what i wrote but I will let the other users find the bugs and report them.

Our sites should look professional, we can not afford our site generating wrong urls and other stuff like that - we HAD PAID MONEY for the product THAT SHOULD work. my site is not a poligon, You don't pay me for testing and I don't want to be paid for testing - my site shoul be professional one and I expect professional tools that are runing on my site!!!

Exactly, i'm not a beta tester/bug reporter i am a paid customer.

That's enough. If you have a support issue you submit a ticket. It's that simple. I've had no problems to date in the upgrades I've done. That's all I can say. yacenty hasn't even upgraded, so you've got no room to talk, and I cannot reproduce what imperio is claiming.

I'm sorry, I'm not a magician. If I can't reproduce or see an issue in action, I can't fix it.

I easily don't want to reproduce situation with TAGing when my site was NOT OK during 2 WEEKS after upgrade, so I will upgrade KEYWORDS after 1.1.1 version will be released or at least after ONE MONTH after 1.1.0 was released.

Just upload the files except for the keywords_config.php, and then reapply the template edits in the instructions file (replace what is there presently).
