CommunitySEO 1.2.3 has been released and is available for download via your client area
This release is a bug-fix release which introduces resolutions to almost all reported bugs in CommunitySEO 1.2.x. We expect this to be the last 1.2.x release. Once IPB 3 is available, we will immediately begin work on our next version update of CommunitySEO, and it will be versioned 2.x.x. We would like to take a moment to thank everyone involved in the beta testing process for their help in ensuring a stable release delivered to all customers. To upgrade: 1) Upload all of the files in the 1.2.3 zip package downloaded from your client area 2) Run the upgrade process by visiting "yoursite.com/seo_install/" and following the onscreen instructions. This process is only necessary to fix the Google analytics template on the spider skin, and to add a description to one of the settings in the ACP. If neither of these things concerns you, you may skip this step. 3) That's it! There are no new or changed file edits in this upgrade routine. If you have IP.Downloads or IP.Gallery, you will likely want to wipe out your sitemaps and restart them. The updated sitemap task will properly "fall over" to new files for these components now, unlike in previous versions. To restart the sitemap process for these files: 1) From the main download, upload sitemap_downloads.xml or sitemap_downloads.xml.gz (depending on whether you use gzip encoding for the sitemaps or not). Do the same for sitemap_gallery. 2) In your database run the following query: SQL update ibf_sitemap_track set last_date=0 where file IN ('downloads','gallery')
